I agree in large part with you. The PAC...Hey Dalai,<br />I agree in large part with you. The PACS is a productivity tool for radiologists that allows them to accomplish their work in a rapid manner. All systems should be designed with this in mind. The radiologists are the primary user of the system and they generate the revenue that causes it to exist. No radiologists, not much need for PACS.<br /><br />The comment sounds like it was written by an IT person. The idea that a user should want to care about mouse preferences is patently absurd.<br /><br />If the user is being blamed it is usually to cover up one of two things: shortcomings in software or shortcomings in training.<br /><br />Also Dalai did you see http://www.steveseverance.com/?p=66<br /><br />?
